Studio Bee Music is a one man band based in St. John’s, Newfoundland. The owner is Rich Blenkinsopp, a music technology specialist at Memorial University’s School of Music, and a trumpet player. Rich has performed in the recording studio with Funky Dory, Hey Rosetta, Chris Kirby and the Marquee and The Rents, and on stage with many acts in the St. John’s area, from big bands, to rock bands, to pit orchestras. As a sound engineer, he has recorded many faculty artists from the School of Music as well as local performers and has worked as a composer, arranger, MIDI renderer, sound engineer, sound editor and trumpet player under the business of Studio Bee Music Services.
